Funnel Analytics Terms of Use

Funnel Analytics helps App Store developers review portfolio performance, compare markets and prices, and prepare analytical exports. It is provided by the developer identified on its App Store product page ("we", "us"). Contact: funnel-analytics@tony.expert.

Funnel Analytics is an independent product and is not made, sponsored or endorsed by Apple. Apple and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.

Access and responsibilities

Connect only accounts and reports you are authorized to access. Keep your device and API credentials secure, use the least permissions needed and comply with your agreements with Apple and applicable law.

The application license is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, unless a valid custom EULA is supplied with the App Store purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Apple data and availability

Funnel Analytics uses Apple APIs and reports made available for your account. Apple controls their availability, permissions, reporting schedules, historical coverage, privacy thresholds, revisions and supported features. Reports may arrive late, omit information, be corrected or become unavailable.

We do not guarantee continuous access, a particular refresh time, complete history or exact agreement between reports that use different definitions or periods. Background refresh and notifications also depend on iOS, connectivity, permissions and device settings.

Apple's original reports, source currencies, financial statements and actual payouts remain authoritative. Displayed proceeds do not necessarily represent money already paid to your bank account.

Currency estimates and analytical results

Currency conversions, forecasts, comparisons and experiment results are estimates only. They are not transaction rates, settlement statements, accounting records, tax advice, legal advice or investment advice.

The app may use historical, latest or locally cached exchange rates from permitted public providers. Frankfurter is the primary source; fallbacks may include European Commission InforEuro, HM Revenue & Customs, U.S. Treasury Fiscal Data, Sveriges Riksbank and Rates By Exchange Rate API.

Rates may be delayed, incomplete, revised, unavailable or dated differently from the Apple report being viewed. Different providers may produce different results. The provider and actual rate date are shown where an estimate is used. If a suitable rate is unavailable, the app may omit the conversion while continuing to display the original Apple data.

Funnel Analytics does not guarantee that an estimated amount will match App Store Connect, a bank payment, a tax calculation or any future result. An observed change does not prove that a price caused it and is not a promise of additional purchases, revenue or profit.

Price changes and exports

You are responsible for reviewing all prices, territories, dates and other actions before submitting them to Apple. A draft, suggestion or pending request does not prove that Apple accepted or applied a change. Confirm important actions in App Store Connect, especially after an interrupted request.

Disconnecting the app, clearing local data or uninstalling it does not cancel a price schedule already accepted by Apple.

User exports preserve Apple source currencies and stored precision. They exclude third-party FX rates, FX metadata and currency-normalized values calculated by Funnel Analytics. You and any receiving analysis tool are responsible for checking currencies, periods and metric definitions before combining values. Any later currency conversion is a separate estimate and must not be attributed to Apple.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Funnel Analytics and its estimates are provided on an “as available” basis. External APIs, reports and data providers may be interrupted, changed or discontinued without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties regarding availability, accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and commercial results. We are not responsible for decisions made in reliance on estimates, forecasts, cached rates, delayed reports or third-party services, or for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost revenue or expected profit.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights, responsibility for fraud, willful misconduct or any other non-excludable obligation.

Changes and contact

Features and these Terms may change as the app, Apple services, external providers or legal requirements evolve. Required notices or consent will be provided where applicable. You may stop using Funnel Analytics at any time.
